Four Points Baby Blanket

The bulky version of the Four Points Baby Blanket is a great project that knits up quickly on 8mm/US11 needles. You only need 4 skeins of Estelle Bulky (1 in each of 4 colours), and it makes a quick baby gift! You’ll have to provide your own adorable baby. We’ve cast on for a store sample, it’s turning out to be a cozy stroller sized blanket.

Poncho On The Go

The Poncho on the Go is a fun, beginner-friendly fall project. It;s worked flat in two rectangular pieces and then seamed across the shoulders and under the “arms” (there aren’t any sleves, just little openings for your arms. NOTE: The pattern uses 6.5mm/US10.5 needles, but to get the correct tension you will use 9mm/US13 needles!

Size

  • 37” (39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49, 51)” wide
  • How to choose your size/width: the designer’s was 22″ shorter than their height {the measurement from fingertip to fingertip equals your height measurement}. They measured from fingertip to mid forearm {11″} and then doubled it to include both sides. Example: 69″ {height}- 22″ {forearm deduction} = 47″ Width {they are 5’9″/69″ tall}

Open Trails Vest

The Open Trails Sweater Vest is a fun, quick knit that’s great for beginner knitters and fun for the more advanced. The vest can be worn on its own or over your favorite t-shirt, dress, or collared shirt. It’s knit in the round from the bottom up, divided for the fronts and backs, and then seamed at the top. The collar and armhole ribbing are picked up and knit in the round. See the Video Tutorial HERE.

  • 35 (38.5, 41.5, 45, 48, 51, 54.5, 57.5) in/89.5 (97.5, 105.5, 114, 122, 130, 138, 146) cm.
  • It is intended to have about 3-5 in/7.5-13 cm of positive ease so pick a size that will provide the intended ease or adjust to your desired ease.
  • Feel free to adjust body length and armhole depth as desired.

They work up FAST on 8mm needles, and the FREE pattern doesn’t require that you make a heel (although if you are an experieinced sock knitter and want to add a heel you can absolutely do that).
