Braided Hat & Mitts
Another great freebie that would make a wonderful gift! It’s knit in bulky yarn, so it won’t take too long to whip up a set. I think the hat would look perfect topped with a fur pom-pom.
Yarn Options
One skein of each of these yarns should be enough for a hat or pair of mitts, get two for the set (except for Cascade Eco, you only need 1 for a set):
- Malabrigo Mecha (had dyed, 100% superwash merino wool)
- Diamond Baby Alpaca Sport (100% baby alpaca)
- Malabrigo Chunky (hand dyed, 100% merino wool)
