Accidental Fade
One of the things I really like about working in the store is interacting with people. I learn a lot from my customers, I enjoy their different perspectives, it opens my mind and stretches me. There is an infinite diversity in people’s colour preferences, and while I’m pretty good at combining colours, their choices are sometimes things that I didn’t see or wouldn’t think of.
The yarn above is one of those instances. I was taking pictures of new colours of Manos Alegria that had just come in, and afterwards, put the skeins on our table before putting them away. A client (Deborah) popped in and said: “Oh, is that a fade?” And there is was, right under my nose, a great combination for a Find Your Fade wrap!
